Friday afternoon I had swim practice for my high school team so I decided to go early and take Liam in the pool. He hasn't been in since the summer so I felt guilty. He still loves the water. We played around for about half an hour and he even went under and came up smiling.
Then Daddy had practice for East after my MD practice. He thought Liam could use some shoulder work so he got him on the versa-trainer
