Valentine's Day

Liam woke up Valentine's Day morning to a goody bag of surprises . . .
and even a new Lion towel for bathtime
And a Diego bubble blower which was quite a hit . . .
Then Nana took him to his school party. A few days before his party I told him we had to go out and buy him a Valentine's Day shirt for the party and asked him what color we should get. His reply was "Red . . . the color of love" - I couldn't stop laughing when he said that!
Above is his Valentine's Day shirt at school - Aunt Jac wanted him to be a cool kid with a Beatles shirt. He's standing in front of a school project where he decided he wanted to be a police officer when he grows up.

And at the end of the week it was almost 70 degrees, so we went for a bike ride down the street and Liam sported his Spiderman sunglasses from Pop Pop!

The snow finally melted and Daddy took Liam out to ride his Buzz Lightyear car that he got from Nana and Pop Pop for Christmas . . .

Mommy's Swim Meet

Aunt Jaclyn and I competed in a Master's Swim Meet today at our pool . . . we sporting matching outfits for the occassion. . .
Daddy brought Liam to the pool after his nap to cheer us on . . .
When I was on the block for my relay, Liam was on Casey's shoulders and I could hear him yelling "GO Mommy GO!" , so cute . . .
Our team got 2nd place overall (for the state of NJ) and Liam got to take home the team trophy.
He was so excited about it, and he kept kissing the trophy like the pros do, we went out to eat with everyone afterwards, and he brought it in the restaurant too!
Thanks for cheering me on little man!

More Museum Time

I didn't have school Friday, so we took this opportunity to head out to Philly and the Please Touch Museum . . . this time, Liam's friends Jenna and Landon were able to join us!

Liam and Landon having fun on the Carousel
Future Medical Professionals . . .
Dressing up in Alice in Wonderland's maze
After 3 hours of fun, they slept the whole way home!

New Haircut Place

Liam has not been a fan of getting his haircut the past few times we've gone. My friend takes her kids here and I thought I'd try it out - Small Wonders in Bricktown. It's a drive, but definitely worth it!
Liam sat perfectly and didn't complain once while getting his haircut . . .

The best part for him was that the entire place is just for kids and has toys and a train table to play at . . .
Thanks Patti!

My Little Yogi

Liam has really been getting into our yoga. His favorite pose is bow and I can usually get him to spend about 10 minutes doing some stretching and poses. He loves turning off the lights for savasana or "final resting pose". I love how he says "namaste" :)
