Build-A-Bear

Aunt Jac decided that Liam needed his very first bear from Build-A-Bear in the mall. So she took him to the mall to make his own bear. First he picked out the bear . . .

. . . and after he was filled with fluff and had his heart put inside, Liam gave him a bath
. . . and carried out his new friend

I didn't get a picture of the final product, but the bear has on hawaiian board shorts and is named "Bubba" and is proudly dispalyed in Liam's crib!

Memorial Day Weekend

It was a beautiful Memorial Day weekend and Liam was very busy. Friday night we celebrated Rachel's 3rd Birthday and enjoyed some ice cream cake!

Made in the Shade

I had bought this shark tent last year and forgot about it. It was so hot out today and I needed to get some work done outside so I set it up for Liam with his new toys from Grandmom, threw in a handful of goldfish crackers and he was set for about a half hour!

Summer is in the Air

Our deck is finally useable! So of course I started putting out the outdoor furniture and we had a mini BBQ. I have no idea what Casey is doing or thinking, but it looks hilarious. Liam is of course eating. We still have a lot of work to do out back, but I'm just happy to have a place to eat.

Morning Play Time

Showing off his new teeth - Yup it has taken 13 months, but Liam is getting his first tooth - 3 teeth actually. You can't really see them in the pictures, but they are there.

And we played a little baseball this morning since I had time before work and Liam was already dressed for it!

Cruisin around the 'hood

Liam and I have a new mode of transportation these days . . .

since I am NOT an avid bike rider, I decided to go with the child seat in the front which is suppossed to be better for your center of gravity . . . Liam seems to enjoy it. We even rode over to Grandma & Grandpa Scallon's for Pizza Night tonight. It should be fun for the warm weather.
