Future Lifeguard

Today was a busy day for Liam and Mommy. First we had his check-up at the pediatrician's. He is now 26 inches long and 16 pounds 9 ounces. Holding steady in the 75th percentile. Then we went to target for some baby food and then went to lunch at Friendly's with our neighborhood friends. After coming home and eating oatmeal for the first time (and loving it) we headed over to Shelter Cove to visit Aunt Jaclyn.

On the stand . . . 15 years from now he'll be making money at this . . .
We're walking over to Grandma and Grandpa Scallon's for pizza night!

Go Phillies!!!

Tonight the Phillies play the Mets and my Mom and Dad and sister and brother are going out to Philly to watch the game . . . Liam will be cheering from home in his Phillies gear!

Happy Birthday Grandpop

Today is Grandpop Murray's (my Dad's) Birthday. We went over there for dinner and dessert and took a picture of the men of the family . . .

Foot Grabber

I've been spending a lot of time at my parents' this week repainting my old room blue for Liam since he'll be spending a lot of time there once school starts . . . the purple is too girly. Aunt Jaclyn helped entertain Liam while I painted. He is constantly holding onto his feet whenever he can reach them. He enjoys doing the "Happy Baby" yoga pose and talking to himself . . .

Naptime . . .

Aunt Jaclyn came home from swim lessons yesterday morning and snapped this photo of Liam and I catching some ZZZZs on the couch at my parents' house. Liam has started teething which means he isn't sleeping so well at night anymore and it's having it's effects . . .

Dinner on the Beach

Last night we went to Ortley around 4pm and Adam brought over pizza. We relaxed on the beach eating and enjoying the weather. Liam and Casey look so much alike with their sunglasses on . . .
Here are Uncle Adam and Grandmom C who will be watching Liam when I go back to school . . .

Gotta soak up as much beach time as we can before school starts!

Another Beach Day

It is a beautiful Saturday here so that of course means we went to the beach. Aunt Jaclyn came with us and Liam always appreciates the extra attention . . .
He still loves the sand and lets the waves wash over his tiny toes . .

After the beach Liam & I went to my friend Denise's and played in the pool, now I'm off to find a bigger beach hat for Liam . . .this one is starting to look ridiculous! Goodbye dinner at Grandma & Grandpa Scallons for Liam's Aunt Jessie and his cousins . . .they are headed back to Ghana and we will miss them tons! Then a BBQ at Grandmom C's and Grandpop Murray's for baseball . . .this is what summer is all about!
