Northward . . .

Liam's cousin Rachel was celebrating her 5th Birthday last weekend and we went up to Maine to celebrate with her. Liam had a great time. They have lots of animals and Liam thought he was at a farm. Here he is with Maggie and Rachel petting the baby chicks . . .

Across the street from his cousins' house there are horses and Liam got to feed Honey an apple . . .
At Rachel's gymnastics party Liam and Rachel were super excited for the bouncy castle to be blown up . . .

Swing away little monkey . . .

After a really fun weekend Liam did not want to leave, and Rachel and Maggie didn't want him to leave either. . . so cute . . . can't wait to go back this summer for a camping trip!

Probably not the best idea he's ever had . . .

I went to make the beds yesterday and left Liam fully clothed watching a show in the family room. A few minutes later I hear noises out back and come out to find this scene:

Stripped off all his clothes and decided to ride his bike around the deck.

I guess I should be happy that he can't get out the front door, but this just doesn't look comfortable

Baseball . . . Baseball . . . Baseball

Daddy and PopPop had a game and it was beautiful out so we headed for the field.

Liam always comes prepared with his bat bag and gear in case they need a pinch hitter . . .

Put me in Coach . . .

The Master of Disguise

Either Liam is taking his love of Super Heroes a little too far or he's trying to escape the Momarazzi (me and my incessant picture taking). This was his attire on our run yesterday . . .

and tonight he was watching Diego in this get-up . . .
and he truly thinks we don't realize it's him when he's "in disguise" . . .
SUPER - cute :)

River to Bay 5K

It was such a beautiful day out that Liam and I headed over to Island Heights for the River to Bay 5K. Mommy's friend Jen and her little girl Addison had never done a 5K before, so Liam and I gladly hung with them and enjoyed the jog.

Mommy hasn't been running much so it was nice to just enjoy the scenery and company on such a gorgeous day and not have to worry about trying to better my previous time. Liam even got out of the stroller and ran for part of it

(he's now got down the swimming, biking, and running - where's the Toddler Triathalon at???)

Liam looks GIGANTIC in this picture, especially next to 8 month old Addison . . .
Can't wait for Mother's Day tomorrow :)

Bike Portion of Liam's Triathalon Training

Friday night is pizza night at Grandma & Grandpa Scallons, but tonight was so nice out Liam decided to ride his bike the 8/10ths of a mile there. . .

He did a great job and had tons of fun!

And he was very proud when we made it to Grandma and Grandpa's front door

. . . and then Liam and Grandma fed the ducks and geese :)

Sunday Project

It was a beautiful day and Casey actually didn't have baseball so we took advantage of being outside. . . Liam and Daddy cut the grass . . .

. . . and then had a lawn mower showdown . . .
But most of the day was spent turning this . . .

Into this . . .

A total DIY paver patio to replace a giant square of dead grass.

We're proud of it and can't wait to be able to walk on it and use it!
